2010 National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show

The 2010 National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show will be North America's largest food, hospitality, and food services show again this year. Over 50,000 attendees will view food, beverages, and products and services from more than 2,000 industry exhibitors. The NRA Show is truly an international show with representatives from more than 100 countries participating in this annual global market place for the restaurant and hospitality industry. There are no tourists or foodies allowed in this show. The NRA show is THE industry event that allows you to talk to real buyers and sales representatives.

All restaurant industry segments are represented. The hotels, resorts, and casinos are buying for their properties. Institutional, military, and contract operators are looking for new trends. The cruise lines are still growing and the chain/multi-concept restaurants want to see your products or services.

Vector Displays is a trade show exhibit fabricator that specializes in large format displays for your convention exhibit or trade show displays. Because we work differently, coordinating closely with our clients year after year, we are the perfect choice for both first-time exhibitors and exhibitors who want to increase their presence with larger displays than they have previously used in the past at industry shows.

Contact John Monteith, or call us toll-free at 888-299-3119 to discuss your trade show exhibit fabrication project.

NRA Show attendees are decision-makers. What is the impression or image you will present? Will you make the connections that sell? Your buyers will be walking the floor in Chicago's McCormack Place Convention Center, May 22-25, 2010. They will be looking for products and services that help them deliver profits and unique trends that their customers will buy. In four days, you can talk to current customers and find new buyers from all over the world. Those buyers will be in Chicago looking for you. If you need to find and talk to restaurant owners, chain operators, and hospitality executives, industry distributors, importers, wholesalers and other trade buyers, the NRA Show is the place to be. Vector Displays can make your impression a powerful one.

If your tools, utensils, or other equipment are new, special, or unique, think about exhibiting in the Kitchen Innovations Pavilion on the NRA Show floor. The annual Kitchen Innovations Awards recognizes meritorious or notable food service and prep equipment from around the world.

The International Wine, Spirits & Beer Event

Are you looking to grow the beverage component of your business? The International Wine, Spirits & Beer (IWSB) Event is the first forum focusing exclusively on the profitability and efficient operation of beverage alcohol sales. This two-day event was so successful in 2008, it is back this year. You can find the products, ideas, and contacts you need to build profits. View presentations from established and emerging wine, spirits, and beer brands during this event.

Find out which bar recipes, techniques, and pairing ideas are meeting the needs of your customers changing tastes. You can sample the products your customers crave from vintners, distillers, and brewers from around the world. The IWSB has its own highly focused education sessions. Profitable chefs know the growing importance of beverage alcohol throughout the food service and hospitality industry. Tasting sessions during the IWSB are co-presented by the Culinary Institute of America.

If you are a serious international exhibitor with a new product, Vector Displays suggests using the International Cuisine Pavilion. Year after year, it is the place that chefs and other buyers go to find new tastes and food and beverage products to expand their menus. It's the spot on the show floor specifically designed to allow dispensing and tastings.

Your new buyers will be therewe think you should be, too. Make a splash in the Pavilion. If you are new to the NRA show or need the guaranteed traffic and exposure from buyers who want new products and food/beverage ideas, the International Cuisine Pavilion is prime real estate. Pavilion exhibitors also benefit from specific support and publicity efforts by the NRA media coordinators, who reach out to national and international press to publicize the show.

International exhibitors face special challenges, and Vector Displays can assist you in growing your relationship with existing clients. The NRA show is a great place to develop a new brand image and increase awareness of your product or service in the U.S. marketplace. With preparation and planning, you'll find the buyers who are eager to use, distribute, or represent your food lines and products.

The 2010 NRA Show is an opportunity to learn, as well as sell. Sign up for continuing education and business growth seminars and training sessions. Are you curious to see if other operators have solved your biggest problem? You can learn and explore new ideas with industry leaders, trend-setters, and the most successful operators. Most training sessions are small, hands-on, and casual, with one or two speakers or a panel presentation by industry leaders. You can gain practical ideas to implement the first day you are home.

The NRA Show is a great opportunity to present your food, beverages, furnishings, equipment, or services to the industry as a whole. The world is coming to Chicago again. Be there to welcome them with help from Vector Displays.
